Before Use:

• Please wipe teether products with baby wet wipes.

 

Washing Instructions:

• Gently wipe teether with a damp cloth or baby wet wipes, leave it in an open space to air dry.

 

Wooden Teethers, Please Note:

• Please do note sterilise (for both hot water and UV sterilisers) wooden teethers.

• As our wooden products come untreated and unfinished (no lacquer or any harsh chemicals that will harm bubba), grain-raise may occur on wood's surface.

• In an event of wood grain-raise, lightly rub wooden teether with fine grit sand paper which will maintain a smooth finish.

• Conditioning: Add a few drops of organic olive oil or organic coconut oil onto a dry cloth and thinly apply onto the wooden part of the teether.

• As our items are handcrafted upon orders, please note that there is a 3-5 business days processing time before delivery of item(s).

• As we are based in Shanghai, all shipments will be shipped via our third party logistics provider, ezbuy.

• Shipping takes approximately 8-10 working days and may be further delayed by 3-5 working days due to random customs inspection upon arrival in Singapore. 

Please note that all Personalised Swaddles, Blankets, Towels and Teethers with engraving are not applicable for refund.
